Born and raised in England, myself (Mike) and my wife Heidi met at the tender age of 18. With a mutual passion for holidays and a longing for year-round sunshine, we were only 23 years old when we took the brave (some said mad) step to live abroad, in the sunny Spanish town of Torrevieja.

With a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, we progressed rapidly, learning the language and building two successful businesses - Coys Rent a Car and Coys Parking based at Alicante airport - both of which we continue to run today.

After 25 years of also buying, selling and refurbishing property here in Spain we took the decision to expand into Real Estate to enable our clients to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience we have acquired over the years.
